Stamped Concrete Strip, Stain, and Seal
If you have new concrete for a walkway, drive, pool deck, patio or more, you want to keep it looking fresh and easy to maintain. Maybe you only remember when your existing surface looked as good as new and wish you could restore it to its former glory.
For any application, just one coat of NanoSeal will keep your concrete surfaces beautiful and safe for years to come. The breakthrough solution penetrates deeply to strengthen the concrete itself against flaking, chipping and erosion. Mold, mildew, and the unsightly and serious slip hazards they cause can’t get a foothold with NanoSeal’s tough, breathable waterproof barrier. And cleanup of the sealed concrete can be as easy as an occasional surface rinse.
Clear drying, nonslip and durable, Nano Seal withstands the high traffic of commercial areas, and works just as hard in residential applications. Let us help you with the right solution for your outdoor concrete needs.
Your NanoSeal representative will spend time to understand your specific needs and concerns, and to answer any questions you may have.
In all our applications, we only use highly trained technicians who are certified through NanoSeal University to provide you with the best outcome and complete customer satisfaction.
Day 1 – Your certified technician examines and evaluates the area to determine the condition of the concrete, including a plan to remove stains, mold, mildew, and grime. Next, the team thoroughly sanitizes and cleans the surface, followed by pressure or soft washing and a final rinse of the area if needed to clear away any remaining cleaning solutions. Once it’s completely clean, the surface is left to dry for 24 hours.
Day 2 – Prior to the NanoSeal application, the certified technician inspects the concrete to ensure that the surface is dry to the touch. The team then begins the one coat application using either the solvent-based or water-based products.
NanoSeal normally dries in sunny areas within 2-3 hours but it requires nearly 24-36 hours for curing. Shaded areas, low temperatures, or higher humidity slow down the drying process.
The surface may be kept open to foot traffic in 2-3 hours and to vehicular traffic in 24-36 hours. NanoSeal recommends all sprinkler systems be turned off during this time to allow proper curing.
NanoSeal protects and strengthens your stamped concrete with a superior breathable waterproof coating that discourages mold and mildew.
Periodic washing with plain water to keep the area clean is recommended. Acids, gasoline, hydraulic fluids, and motor oil spills need to be removed from the surface as soon as possible.
